We are looking for swimming teachers to join our team.

Our swimming lessons in North Somerset are proving so popular, that we are looking for energetic, fun and enthusiastic swimming teachers to join the team.

You don’t have to be an expert swimmer, but if you love swimming and feel that you could inspire children to do the same, please get in contact with Vic or myself.

How to train as a swimming teacher / What qualifications do I require to become a swimming teacher?

If you are interested in training as a swimming teacher, the first place to look for information on the training & qualifications required is the Amatuer Swimming Association (ASA) or Swimming Teachers Association (STA). Both run their own programme of training which are made up to 2 levels.

The STA run courses all over the country and each course takes approximately 4-5 days to complete.

We are very excited to announce NEW baby and toddler classes at the fantastic pool at Cheddar Woods Resort & Spa, starting on THURSDAY mornings from 3rd November.
This will be a 6 week course, and we are running a special offer of 1 FREE class for anyone who signs up before 16th October or £65 for 6 classes.
Here is a pic of the fantastic pool – which is heated to a lovely warm 30.5 degrees, has free parking, exceptionally large and luxurious changing facilities and lovely cafe serving Costa Coffee! Definitely worth the journey if you are travelling to Cheddar. We couldn’t ask for any more!

We are delighted to let you know about our new classes starting at the brand new Cheddar Woods Resort in February 2015. This is a fantastic new pool, with excellent changing facilities. We will initially be starting with sessions on a Monday and Wednesday for pre school and school age children, with more sessions to be added in the spring!
